From a young age, Leann Rose discovered the transformative power of connection. Sitting on a footstool, sharing stories with her grandfather—a man known for his imposing presence and gruff exterior—Leann Rose found herself welcomed into a sacred space of understanding and empathy. This rare moment of connection taught her the profound importance of truly seeing and understanding others, a lesson that would shape her life's work.

Leann Rose’s journey is one of exploration and deep connection. Her fascination with different cultures began in grade 5, when she learned about the tribal societies of Kenya. This sparked a longing to see life through others' eyes, to understand how innate values and choices contribute to a community's success. This curiosity led her to Iraq, where she spent five years deeply connecting with local tribes, learning to listen without judgment and question with respect.

Her diverse career path—from educating and coiffuring in the beauty industry to working in the rugged oil and gas fields to coaching the men and women in Iraq for a better future —has been united by a single thread: her ability to form intimate, meaningful connections. Whether coaching the first Iraqi women at a remote gas facility or guiding Salon Owners to create vibrant
community hubs, Leann Rose has always been driven by the desire to empower others through understanding and empathy.

Leann Rose’s vision extends beyond individual connections. She envisions salons as community hubs where owners, stylists, and clients can connect on a deeper level, aligning their values to create supportive environments. By fostering these connections, salons can become thriving, supportive communities that benefit everyone involved.

Through her company, Lango Living, Leann Rose aims to teach others how to be powerful guests in anyone's tent, to connect and contribute their gifts and talents to their families and communities. Her keynote speaking events share stories of personal challenges and adventures, inspiring others to find their calling and make meaningful change.

Leann Rose knows the terrain of transformation—because she’s walked it, stumbled through it, and risen from it with fierce grace.

When I was eight years old, I sat on a small footstool beside my grandfather — a strong, gruff man few people truly knew. That afternoon, he let me into his world. Behind his booming voice was depth, story, and humanity.

In that moment, I learned the power of truly seeing someone.

Life gave me many opportunities to live that lesson.

I’ve navigated eight major identity shifts — from married at 19 to abandoned at 23 with three children, from welfare to wealth, from single mother to international professional, from voiceless to visionary. I’ve rebuilt my life more than once — sometimes by choice, sometimes by circumstance.

For years, transition felt costly. Time, money, health, stability — rebuilding took longer than it had to.

Until I recognized a pattern.

Through every major shift, I was following a series of steps that moved me from chaos back to clarity. Over time, I refined that pattern into a 6-step framework that allowed me to transition faster, with more stability and far less suffering.

That framework became Lango Living.

Today, I guide women navigating divorce, career changes, identity loss, and major life upheaval back to themselves. I help them find structure in the chaos, reclaim their identity, and move forward bravely, boldly, and beautifully.

Because you can explore life fully without losing yourself in the process.
